Legendary football coach, Don Shula broke the record in a 19-14 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. It was the 325th win of Shula’s career, passing George Halas of the Chicago Bears, who coached from 1920-1967. Shula would finish his career with 347 wins. 274 of those victories came during his impressive tenure with the Miami Dolphins, who he coached from 1970-95. In 1997, Shula was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his tremendous success as a coach.
